Would you believe that for the 3 1/2 years I've been married I've never used hot pads? It's true. ( I like to use those glove things) The other day I decided to make some.
I love how bright and cheery this fabric is.
I quilted the entire hot pad, I love it! Don't you?
It also needed a loop so I can hang it on the wall, for easy access.
The only thing I would have done differently is used thicker batting. But other than that I LOVE them!

ReplyDeletewow! I was just thinking of making a chair pad and quilting it in a square pattern. I wondered how it would look, but based on your hot pads it should look great!
