Easy Barbecued Pork Pizza

The other night I made this pizza and had to share the recipe. It was delicious and really easy to make. It tasted just like one from a pizza store and only took about 25 minutes.

Easy Barbecued Pork Pizza
1 17-18 oz tub barbecue shredded pork ( I used Lloyd's)
1 medium red or yellow sweet pepper cut into strips
1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
1 T vegetable oil
Pizza crust ( I used ready made dough)
1 C Monterey Jack Cheese

Step One: Preheat oven to 425. Heat shredded pork according to package directions. Meanwhile in a large skillet cook sweet pepper and onion in hot oil over medium high heat about 5 minutes or until crisp and tender.
Step Two: Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spoon shredded pork over crust. Spreading evenly. Top with sweet pepper and onion mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 12 minutes or until cheese melts and crust edge turns light brown.
